Jake's Boarding School Rules

This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS application Jake's Boarding School Rules (the “App”) handles information. The App is developed and published by NovaVista (the “Developer”).

1. The short version

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. It does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.

2. What data the App stores on your device

The App stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults system. None of this data leaves your device:

• Game progress — the set of death endings and main endings you have unlocked.
• Language preference — whether you have chosen Chinese or English.
• Purchase entitlement (cached) — a local boolean indicating that you have purchased the “Full Game Unlock” in-app purchase. The authoritative record of this purchase is maintained by Apple via your Apple ID.

You can erase all of this at any time by deleting and reinstalling the App.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers one non-consumable in-app purchase: Full Game Unlock (Product ID: NovaVista.JakeSchoolHorror.fullgame), which unlocks Level 5 through the final endings.

All payment processing, transaction records, and refund handling are performed by Apple through StoreKit. The Developer does not receive or store your payment information, Apple ID, or any personally identifying data from these transactions. 4. Information the App does NOT collect

The App does not collect, request, or transmit any of the following:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Your physical or precise location
• Your device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
• Photos, microphone audio, camera footage, or contacts
• Crash reports or usage analytics that identify you
• Any data shared with third parties for advertising or marketing

5. Children's privacy

The App carries a 17+ age rating due to horror themes and depictions of death. It is not directed to children under 13. Because the App does not collect any personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

6. Network access

The App connects to Apple's servers solely to verify in-app purchase status via StoreKit. It does not connect to any servers operated by the Developer or any third party.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the new version will be published at this URL with an updated “Last Updated” date.

二、本应用在您设备上保存的数据

四、本应用不收集的信息

本应用不会收集、请求或传输以下任何信息：

• 姓名、邮箱、电话或任何联系方式
• 物理位置或精确定位信息

• 照片、麦克风音频、相机画面或通讯录
• 含个人身份的崩溃报告或使用统计
• 任何与第三方共享用于广告或营销的数据

五、儿童隐私
